Kasab denies allegations and retracts his statement

MUMBAI: Continuing his statement in the special court hearing the Mumbai attacks case here, the lone g
unman Ajmal Kasab who was caught alive from one of the attacks site denied all allegations against him on Monday.

Today he said he had not killed slain police officers Hemant Karkare, Vijay Salaskar and Kamte. He said he was not present at the Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus or the Cama Hospital- two places where he is alleged to have fired shots at the police and general public.

When the judge asked how his hand was injured in what was retailiatory firing by police, Kasab said there was no such firing and that police had stabbed his arm deliberately. He also denied stealing Skoda from near Valmiki Chowk.

Kasab's retraction came during the recording of his statement under Sec 313 of Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) before Special Judge M.L. Tahaliyani, a vital procedure that is undertaken after the prosecution completes examination of all its witnesses.

Kasab had earlier claimed that he was dragged into the 26/11 case because he was a Pakistani national and resembled Abu Ali, one of the terrorists killed by the security forces during the anti-terror operations of Nov 26-29, 2008.

so you believe that kasab remembers each and everyone he has killed when he was spraying bullets at the railway station???????
besides he would have said that he had not killed anybody rather than saying the two names alone if he was actually innocent...he is just playing the fool with the court just because we believe in following the law ......i d be rather happy if he was left free in an open street in mumbai(with prior announcement in the media)he should be just ripped apart for what he has done.......that put to death in the prison........mumbai will be a non-healing ulcer in the heart of every indian.

Please suggest how it is a slap that too on India, when there are loads of eye witnesses and photographic/voice evidences against him. If he is so "innocent" why Pakistani court is seeking Kasab's statement?

Offtopic but, If Punjab governor of Pakistan says that India is not involved in terror activities what do we make out of this. Shouldn't it be considered a kick or slap or whatever on Paksitan's face. Afterall he is a office brearer while Kasab is just undergoing his trials in court!!
