There is no point in arguing with you, you dismissed a girl's statement as a forced one just because her molester was a Muslim.

but isn't india the "world's largest democracy"??
his views should have been listened to and if sensible, adopted.
It was even richer when Jamahir claimed that the Rajput women committed Jauhar because of bigotry whereas they could just as easily chosen to be in the harems of the Muslims if they were broadminded. This post of his was seconded by quite a few seculars.
Mind you the Maharashtra police even under congress could not find any Hindu extremist killer of Dabolkar.
Of course it is. His views were listened to and found rubbish and dismissed
can maharashtra police be trusted with that case??
his views were not known widely outside karnataka.
Frankly speaking I do not understand why do ppl make such controversial statements in the first place. His statement about urinating on idols can definitely not be categorised as a peccadillo. On their part Hindus could have ignored such statement rather than creating a hullabaloo. This way they would have silenced many critics of Hinduism.he questioned idolatry and superstitions... this would be similar to the narendra dhabolkar murder.
i would also call him a reformist... from ( Karnataka government to hand over scholar M M Kalburgi murder case probe to CBI )...

MM Kalburgi's case is interesting because he was killed immediately after his protection was removed and so far no group has made any claims.
Nah, it should be handed over to Owaisi clan.
They were known where it mattered since Lingayat community is solely Karnataka based.
On Dharwad police's alleged remarks that they suspect property dispute involving Kalburgi's widowed daughter behind his killing, Sahmat accused cops of trying to "distract attention from the heinous crime and prepare a prospective alibi for their inability and lack of will in pursuing the murderers".
How about news outlet then?coming up with a blog to wash away killing of over 100 Pakistanis at the hands of indian Hindu extremists inside India
How did the police and media jump to this conclusion. It is a travesty of justice to publish such " suspicions" Before the investigation is complete.
Trial by media as usual.
those discussions were from earlier than your join date, if i remember correctly.
and i had said they were forced either immediately before the act or via brainwashing... who in their right mind would want to be burnt alive??
Did you just justified raping of captured women?
How about news outlet then?
Ex-wife spoke of Headley Samjhauta link - Indian Express
ohh more facepalms.
here lets post the details from same link you have posted
it says
In fact, just seven months before the Mumbai attacks, one of Headley's ex-wives had told US officials overseas that she suspected he was linked to a 2007 bombing in India that was blamed on Lashkar-e-Toiba, referring to the blasts in the Samjhauta Express train that killed 68 people.
Indian investigators, however, have claimed Hindu militants were behind the attack, the ProPublica said, adding "no link to Headley has been disclosed".
what exactly you wanted to say then?

why couldn't the rajput males have a pre-battle arrangement with the attackers for securing the status of the rajput ladies??
unless for the relevant rajput men, the presence of the muslim was so hate-filling that they would rather kill their ladies than let them hear a "salaam" from the attackers.
anyway, later muslim rulers engaged the rajputs in friendship.
but i don't know why this topic came into this thread.
