Judge changed just because he pulled up BJP leaders.. no matter how much you say... i can sense fear of loosing face .. if you have power you can do anything...The whole thing was a farce and Nariman was out of line.
What did he mean by "people cannot be discharged like this on technical grounds" ? The entire judiciary and Law WORKS on TECHNICAL GROUNDS.
Not on the presumption of Guilt, but on the presumption of innocence. Innocent until proven guilty.
So what is wrong if somebody who is innocent is discharged on a technical ground , the same way Raja was Discharged on the 2 G scam ? why is he strangely silent on that "technical discharge" ? Because THAT IS THE LAW.
The entire comment stinks of malice and prejudging people.
It's a DAMN good thing that he was replaced.
The only person who lost face is the judge who was replaced by the CJ.
The reasons for replacing him is pretty clear. For the reasonably intelligent, that is.

Replacement of judges is done by the Chief Justice of India you fool
