Just heard on ARY that the judge who was to hear the proceedings against the Mullah Sawati, the father in law of the dreaded Mullah Fazlullah, has refused or expressed inability to come to the Peshawar jail to conduct the trial on the Mullah.

Mullah Sawati has 11 counts of terrorism charges and is in “protective custody” since the Sawat operation. Maybe the judge and his family has been threatened by the terrorists or he is also the follower of the Mullah sawati just like some civil servants in Sawat who were avid followers of Mullah Sawati and actually facilitated in transporting weapons and giving refuge to the terrorists.

These Sufi Mhd and his associates r British MI6 agents should be shot dead ..without any trialz..they r killerz of thousandz of innocent pplz there...:woot:

there were suicide attack threats on the Peshawar Jail as well where Sufi Mohammad's trial is to commence. the Judge gave "personal reasons" for not being able to come to the court specially setup in the prsion for the trial.

At the end of last year his trial was shifted to Swat court which is newly established there called darul qaza and CM was supposed to inaugurate it.
