And per world organisations knowlege one is the public face of a notorious terrorist organisation which is banned by UN and other international bodies..You know that UN wont just go and ban an oraganisation with out conducting any investigations..any way Indian officials are coming to testify against LeT hope we will expect some fair judgement at this time..

So much so for your claim on UN in case of banned organisations and personalities that it had even mentioned some dead persons ))))) who are no more in this world.

Please dont bring Bhagat Singh here,he is much much better than any of the radical organisation..he is a freedom fighter who fought for our countries..he deserves respect just like Gandhiji and Jinnah and many other freedom fighters who laid down their lives for our countries..

Jana as per Ahmed those guys laid down their arms and participated in the elections..I dont have much knowlege about it..better AHmed or some one who knows better will enlighten you about it..its a waste anyway..I am sure you will have first hand knowledge of that too

This thread had nothing to do with UN resolution on Kashmir and Mumbai attacks but bhartis brought that here. in a bid to reject UN resolution on Kashmir

And similarly the question of freedom fighters was brought by Indians.


Jinnah and Gandhi did not threw grenades and dud bombs on Brits neither they opened fire on brits in freedom movement so please do not link them with violent ways of Bhagat Singh which are more and less are comparable with Kashmiri freedom fighters.

I do not speak for other members' PoV. But as far as mine and official stand of the Government of Pakistan is concerned we are fully implementing and standing by the verdict of UN on JUD.

I guess it you who mentioned JUD is not terrorist organisation ..therefore financial aid to it was justified.

People are willingly giving them donations and they are spending these nicely and transparently.


As far as this banned and unbanned thingy nothing has been proven against JUD, banning it on pressure from some powers is another thing.

On the other hand there is NO resolution on Hafiz Saeed neither he is convicted by court due NO proof against him.

So i have no issue with his appeal for helping the flood victims.

agreed ..but it is not only him who is appealing..it is his banned terrorist outfit, who is appealing..ie. JUD.

The UN resolutions on Kashmir are also fully intact but since bharat aka India and bhartis aka Indians have never implemented neither accepted the UN resolution on Kashmir hence YOU Indians have NO face neither any right to talk about UN verdict in any case then even if its about JUD.
It also proves that its India which is having double standard over UN verdicts not us.

UN is resolution on Kashmir is neither mandatory..nor time bound ..but UN resolution JUD is both...and your govt is accepted it too... but not able to implement it..hence ball is in your court.

Well as far as knowledge first hand or second hand is concerned what do you think why i speak confidently about few things

anyway there are many excuses to put off those from UN Lists who were earlier labeled as "militants" or "terrorists" what are the facts everyone knows that. what are the reasons for removing them from list we all know that as well.
