This is from a Taiwanese source. The journalist/author is unaware about the rank structure of the PAF and that there are no Major Generals in the PAF. However, there is certainly such a person ... Air Vice Marshal Arshad Malik who heads the JF-17 program. 250-275 Thunders seems rather premature at the moment. I am not too sure about the credibility of this source.
