i am completely blank on this quota system of your's.. can anyone explain what is it for ..how it works..

India's Constitution which treats every citizen equally, has made certain exceptions to provide reservations (priority quota) for socially backward / weaker sections of society.
Now many people want their communities should also be tagged as backward class whereby their kids can also enjoy the reservation quotas in education and Govt Jobs.

Therfore once a curse ( being born in a low class ) has now become an advantage wrt getting easy entry into Univs and getting Jobs
