An official JIT should be formed to organize DNA samples, which will eventually prove IK is clean.

Ok the JIT maybe able to forcefully collect a sample from IK, but what about the child who is a Foreign nationale ? If the child refuses then what is the JIT going to do in USA? You know that atleast both samples are required for a DNA test.

I tried my best to understand this ... what you are trying to imply is that IK will have to get dna test from sita whites child to prove him self innocent? So failure to get a dna test will prove that IK is the father of the child? Same way what if Shabaz sharif (or any one actually) is accused to be illegitemate father of a foriegn nationale ... then what? His failure to get dna test will mean he is the actual father ?
Burden of proof cannot be on the accused in all types of accusations.
