every society that has actually progressed has done so by rejecting every traditional/current belief that goes against sense... india is the only society that does not question its inherent insanity and move to eradicate it... by not laughing at such beliefs, you are forwarding the 2900 year old system of capitalism and theocracy inherent to indian culture... i ask you this... do you want 126 foreign fighter planes or do you want india to rid of things like "honor killing", caste system, wage-slavery, death by hunger etc.

money system has logically nothing to do with comforts, facilities and progress.

money system must be abolished... it automatically will take care of bringing every human on equal state, materially... and having material burdens removed, their spiritual development automatically ensues.

the idea of this long started, not least in the teachings of jesus who spoke against the money-lenders and the interest-based economy, and the teachings of muhammad who abolished interest-based economy... though their teachings still retained money system but doesn't mean money system must be continued... what simplification started by those two, prophets/preaches before them and revolutionary leaders after them must be continued.

I understand what Socialism is and its benefits, if it can be fully implemented in a Society and each members of the society also function in a manner the doctrine wants him to.
The thing is, there are two many ifs and buts here. Modern day democracy is by no means a perfect system, we realize that. But there is one very important purpose it serves. It provides a platform to maintain a balance between the Champion and the Challenger, very very important to maintain balance.

Vested power in the hands of a few may not always give predictable and progressive results.

Libya was doing good because Gaddafi was doing that, Socialism had nothing to do with that.
