1st at least prove they have a nuclear deal...you do know sanctions were lifted coz no such BS was found.

There are sanctions on Iran now. They are being lifted in exchange for agreeing to limit their enrichment programme. This is a fact. The nuclear deal was signed between Iran and P5+1. This is a fact. Israel bitterly opposed the deal. This is a fact. And now they might want to abort the deal by bringing a war with Syria, which will pictured as Iran vs Israel war, which can push the western countries to abort the deal. Now what is your argument with this?

2ndly, who is going to undo Israel's nuclear technology? And their trigger happy attitude towards Palestinians?

Nobody, for now. That is another bitter fact.

Far fetched...more like to gain land from Syria!

They already hold Golan Heights which is the best defensible border against Syria. They get nothing by holding more land which is indefensible. They will just lose men by occupying such a piece of land.
