Who watch Drama's that too on PTV? if its meant for kids, they dont watch drama let alone PTV.. if its for youth they dont watch PTV either.

720P is too low ... as 4k has already gone mainstream so at least 1080 is necessary and many Pakistani channels are already live broadcasting in full HD on youtube.

It not necessary to be negative all the time since it can be great investment as most of PA related dramas are extremely popular. Those are different from the usual saas bahu crap and hence govt can make money: recover its costs with some pretty decent profit in addition to providing better entertainment.
