Neither KSA. Last time Al-Qaeda tried to start a civil war in KSA (2000's) they were all mostly liquidated, sentenced to death, life sentences or escaped outside of the country. FSA has not failed at all. It is still there and will just grow in size and power. FSA and other similar resistance groups are also going to be trained by the West and regional powers (KSA, Turkey etc.). FSA and its supporters are the future rulers of Syria.
