i think there is two ways how they get this box, maybe empty and maybe not
1. hamas have many of this boxes, from our operations in gaza
2. or some beduins stealed it from army base and selled it to hamas and....

No it's not from Gaza, there have been fuses lying around in Sinai for decades. We buy fuses from Egyptians used to fire rockets.
