Mate, i feel like, i can't express myself....and i don't know what to say more about the subject.
1-) Greece is a fellow NATO member, not a "hostile". Yes, we trespass into each others airspace on a daily basis but that doesn't end with a shoot out.
2-) Cyprus is a complicated issue...we have thousands of troops there and they recognize it as an invasion.....
3-) You are still saying Syria....... How many times should i say that after 2012, we recognized Syria as a hostile country and never tresspassed into their airspace, in return shoot every
Syrian aircraft that trespassed into our airspace.
I want to stress out that prior to downing of the Russian Jet, there were two different instances that Russian aircrafts flew into Turkish airspace. Because we were able to identify them as Russian aircraft, we didn't shoot them. Just protested. It would have the same situation if the Russian aircraft that had been shoot, did not closed it's transponding systems, and we could have identify it as a Russian aircraft. But we warned you several times.
Russia and Turkey was cooperating on so many fields, heck, even you was considering the sales of S-300 to Turkey, training our Nuclear scientists & engineers, massive tourism, Russia was selling huge amount of Natural Gas to Turkey, and even as a staunch US and NATO ally, we didn't participate in the sanctions against Russia.
Irresponsible attitude of the Russian government destroyed the relations that has been build on decades......
