people say that SCO is a contender to replace NATO as the worlds major military organization in the future!!!!!...........IT NOW HAS ONLY 2 STRONG MEMBERS RUSSIA AND CHINA AS MEMBERS......but i think in future if observer countries like pakistan and india become full on members in the SCO it will really pack a deadly punch!~!!!......what do u guys say????

Depends will we be Organization that interfere in foreign nations affairs ? Both China and Russia will need at least 10 more years to get stronger Let Russia form it's Eurasian union and get stronger same with china, a stable south asia with India and Pakistan, it could be sort of defense pact.

sco is indeed a counter to nato. members in the sco are not in the same camp as members in nato. india, as a anglo-american lap dog will most likely not be included in the sco as they can not be trusted. pakistan, however, would almost indefinitely be included in the sco in the future. iran also has a very good shot.

Your views are quite understandable , but I buy no arguments stating India a lap dog of USA since you failed to prove your stand. India accepts nothing from USA for free. We mean business and in business we have no sentiments of a Lap dog. There might be many lap dogs in your arsenal whom you feed to bite but we certainly are not a breed to be bitten or to bite.

Sco can't be anything like NATO because China and India have huge differences which can't be sorted out atleast in coming few decades.India's future is with NATO!

Sri Lanka and Mongolia should join and russia going to control Asia and Belarus will join Pakistan will but Indian members they want to be with a alliance with the west so India i'm unsure.

I don't think so. NATO was created during the cold war for specific reasons which don't exist today and waa created on behalf of common interests which China,India,Pakistan,Russia etc don't share and many are in fact rivals.


Calling India a leading member of NAM a Anglo-American lapdog but calling for Pakistani membership dispite having such strong leanancy towards US and allowing US such inroads into their country. India takes pride in its non-aligned stance, get your facts straight next time before making such outlandish and ignorant remarks.
