Pakistan has 36 A-100E MLRS systems in service bought off the shelf from China.
These were to be locally produced by Supako factory, Karachi. No idea if they are.

I wonder what the CEP of these rockets are? These are area weapons and therefore 'pin point' accuracy may not be required.
