What's new

Is Nepal a South Asian Mongoloid nation ? are the people not Mongoloid ?

The fact is this....... the Madhesis should be given the freedom to their own territories and their own autonomy in nepal.

Well it would be typical of me to give you an armchair solution (having never lived my life in Nepal :P ). But I think Nepal is one of the few countries in the world who is in good terms with both India and China. I am sure if we were to have a stable government, we would naturally benifit from the development of our giant neighbors.

There definitely needs to be an emphasis on education. Formal education is still seen as a luxury to many in Nepal. Also, instead of handing the donation money to our politicians, countries should take it upon themselves to help build the infrastructures instead.

Its like when you see a drunk beggar in the streets. What would you rather do... give him money(finiancing him into buying more alcohol) or buy him a meal? lol

well many indian companies are working on various prjoect in nepal....roads, power plants , etc , etc......well what are your views about china and its relations with nepal ??

Nepal had never been colonized but it tried to colonize others. Nepal were invaders and were trying to be a South Asian power. They invaded Northern Indian, Tibet, Sikiim. The Madhesis territories were giving to Nepalese by the british as gesture of friendship but this was against Madhesis people's will. Nepal conquered some northern Indian kingdoms and controlled it for some decades but after they were defeated by the british they gave back those territories

lol South Asian power you say? You sound like a nationalist. India prior to the British Raj consisted of many smaller kingdoms like Nepal. You mean to tell me that throughout history its never had a border dispute that it lost? My initial point was Nepal lost its actual territory , got separated from its own people and in return got lumped with Madhesis.

LOL So tell me , the British took Darjeeling away from us (making millions off the tea plantations), and in return gifted us with one of the least developed parts of India. Some friends eh ;) You need to wake up and smell the coffee.

There isnt a separatist problem with the madhesis.

My approach to relations with China is very pragmatic. Dont share much in common with them culturally but that should not get in the way of creating economic ties.

Are Nepalis losing their Hindu and Buddhist religion?
Well the younger generations dont really identify much with any religion. You will find that Nepali people are usually less extreme with their religious views.

It really depends. I think culturally we are similar.

I think most in Nepal dont really have an opinion about Pakistan. They do hope that India and Pakistan sort their disputes out because its clogged the prosperity of our entire region.

Nepalese were loyal dogs of the British empire, it was them who suppressed the sepoy rebellion and British in return gave you territories that don't belong to you.

Your Rana mornachy were pro-british and assisted them in both world wars. You gave them human resources like the Gurkha's in exchange for friendship and loyalty to the British.

Lol so here come the personal attacks. As if the Gurkhas were the only people who worked with the British. The butthurt is quite strong. As for the loyal dog tags... pretty rich coming from an Indian who was under the British rule for 4 centuries lol.

I dont blame the gurkhas for working with/for the British as hired mercenaries. They are a poor bunch of people and needed the money my friend.

I still do not get your point though. So the Madesh section of Nepal belongs to India lol... is this where you are getting at?

Nepal is anti-India so don't even try to deny it.

1. You are enrouching on our territory

2. You discriminate against the madhesis.

3. You invaded India and helped British on everything

Nepalese are bunch of delusional people.

You are claiming territories that have nothing to do with your history in the past except for day you conquered those territories and yet your delusional Nepalese are still claiming this greater nepal

I feel like I am talking to a kid here. I dont know what you mean by "encouraging on our territory".
2. Stop being a hypocrite because you act like Indians do not discriminate against each other. Lol you should hear what my punjabi friends have to say about other Indians

3. Again, lol India was never a real country . Infact the smaller kingdoms within the modern day India helped the Mughals and British for their personal gains aswell. Why would you just single out Nepal? So you hate Nepali people because of what happened 3-4 hundred years back? lol

Nepali people do not hate Indians. I have no reason to lie to you. I explained why we have animosity towards the Indian government though.
