Is India an 'imaginary threat' - Dawn Poll

Dawn has lost her credibility long ago. In-fact most English newspapers are like this. There was a time when parents and teachers used to the advise youngsters to read Dawn so they could improve their English but those days are long gone.
Same has been my perception.....i used to get their paper in hard copy, and read it through breakfast, i liked how their Oped section was but in last few months they have lost it all.....

.
Bottom line: INDIA IS NOT A THREAT TO PAKISTAN. Period!

The Pakistanis have been fed this 'threat' crap by the Establishment and other vested interests in Pakistan. And seeing the response of most Pakistanis on this thread, I may be right! :dirol:

How much a news paper cost there? (just to know the difference of rates)

Question> Why do your Country consider Pakistan and China a "threat"?
Now, dont say that India dont. As it is evident from various reports, like your Chief saying that we are not ready for 2 front war.. and like raising concerns about Chinese String of Pearls or trade route through Pakistan.

That would be because India does not actively seek to wrest control of any territory in Pakistan's or Chinese control. Both Pakistan & China seek to do that.

.
India never threatens to take over any Pakistan or Chinese territory. But both Pakistan and China have tried and at times used covert operations to grab territory claimed by and under control of India.
Pakistan has initiated quite a few wars with India. See things in perspective.

Dawn is entitled to publish any polls they want but reality is different.

Question: What nation besides Pakistan considers India a threat?

Answer: none

Question: why does Pakistan consider India a threat.

Answer: because Pakistan has/is admittedly supported militant groups in Indian Kashmir, therefore India and Pakistan are in arms.

Its Pakistan poking the bear and fearing a response.

View attachment 200363 This is the height of yellow journalism and misreporting. Editor should have the audacity to.mention that this poll is.open and people around the world are welcome to make a choice, be it Pakistani or Indian.....

If you have look on comment section than you will feel that more Indians visit Pakistani News site than Pakistani, so poll is not reliable :pop:

Statement of this douche bag Hussain Haqqani, one needs to look where he started from (Jamaat-e-Islami), and switching sides between PMLN and PPP, only to serve his own personal advancement. It was him by the way who gave the title Mr 10% to the very deserving scumbag. He has suddenly become a scholar and an expert on Pakistan. Bollocks. One just has to look at the 'memogate scandal' to know where his loyalties lie.

And Dawn of course, with all their 'aman ki asha' crap would welcome anything that undermines our interests vis a vis India.

.
India has all it needed to prosper...no more territorial ambition....so except loc...india is not a threat.

.
I said it before, p[em online polls are not legitimate enough to show a proper trend regarding a specific group of people.

Bottom line: INDIA IS NOT A THREAT TO PAKISTAN. Period!

Don't be silly. Every neighbour is a potential threat. Countries have to prepare for the most realistic worst case scenario. With the constant border skirmishes and threats being flung from across the border, pretending that India is not a threat is foolish.
