Is Imran Khan also going to disqualify ?

. .
I still fail to understand on what grounds is IK going to get disqualified.

Has he ever held public office?
Does he own any factories or companies?
Are there any undisclosed properties that he owns?
Did he launder money overseas?
Did he forge any documents?
Does he hold any work permits of other countries?
Has he stolen any tax payers money?
Did his wealth grow substantially which doesnt correspond to his income?

If the answers to the above questions are NO then what am i missing.

So far its just a scare tactic of govt. apologists and PTI has fallen for it. PMLN is scaring Ik of a -3 formula. IK still says he is ready to sacrifice himself if it helps removal of statusquo but his followers are insecure. If judges get pressured to give a verdict against ik that would be different.

It will be a problem if he fails to satisfy court about his money trail.
money trail of how money earned outside was brought to Pakistan? , the problem they can hatch is foreign funding which is also hard to prove but then you never know.

It’s a bizarre case; and if CJP Saqib Nisar goes that route, every public representative would have to prove the money trail of his/her house/s, as selective application of law cannot be applied to only one in particular.

It will set a precedent that anyone (like Hanif Abbasi) can take that person to court citing IK’s case and each one has to prove through money trail how they bought those houses and any other properties (if it’s not inherited).

However, if we put it simplistically then we can say Nawaz got lucky that in his term Saqib Nisar happened to be CJP. Their mutual love dates back to 1990’s where Nawaz created Secretary Law position just to appease Saqib Nisar for being his lawyer before, and his closeness to Nawaz is so well known that when in PPP’s Govt., summary was moved to elevate HC judges to Supreme Court, Zardari put a full stop to his elevation citing the reason “too close to Nawaz Sharif family for comfort”.

Rest, you can see how selective borderline Accountability Court type of character has been shown by the bench which Saqib Nisar chose to deliberately sit at because of ............... .............

Now you connect the dots yourself - when I do; it seems pretty much gives the taste of Justice Loan, Justice Tarrar and of course Justice Qayyum ;)

He didn't shows London flats as his property in some elections? Don't know which and that might be fit in 62-63.

It is because of one money transaction. I remember once CJ gave certain remarks like they have to see if the money has not been transferred from Pakistan illegally and then brought back to Pakistan through proper channels.

Anyway, it is a joke of a case and I am sure IK wouldn't disqualify anywhere else except Pakistan.

Irony in Pakistan is that a meter reader can purchase a property worth billions, but a known cricketer is questioned to prove one residential property.

If IK is disqualified, it will serve some quarters to free their hands against NS. NS is playing victims card, and he is playing it very well.

He shouldn't have had lied will filling his wealth during election. Whrn u lir on oth u have to pay

. . . . .
Billionaire Imran Khan has spent majority of his time in Punjab, he can't even look after a tiny province of KP. No one is swimming in the promised rivers of milk and honey after 4 years of inept Pakistan Tehrik-e-Bakwas rule in KP. What hope is there for Pakistan?
