Yep, India won't ever militarily touch Bangladesh because it's not feasible with Pakistan sitting on one side, and China on the other. But several decades down the line, maybe even a century, if it has more global influence, their issue with China is settled, and Pakistan is somehow out of the picture, they could chauvinistically easily lay claim to Bangladesh on historical partition grounds. And the most ideal way to deter that is through nuclear weapons.

Some Bengalis might find this thought process ridiculous and far-fetched but the possibility is there.
