Al-Hashd al-Sha'abi parade was held on the occasion of the 8th anniversary of its establishment at the Martyr Abu Muntadhar Al-Muhammadawi military base (former Ashraf base which belonged to MEK terrorists) in Diyala province, with the presence of Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi and military commanders.

The Ashraf base was gifted to MEK terrorists by Saddam's regime. This base was conquered by Iraqi PMU and turned into their military base.

PMU currently posseses advanced military hardware both on the ground and in the air. They operate advanced drones and assemble a few one of them inside Iraq making them indpendent in that area. They operate upgraded T-72 tanks with new optics, artillery rockets, and advanced MRAPs etc.
