Shahed 129 has moved from the prototype to production model and it will be produced, Sejil-2 and Fateh-110 are advanced products, we have built some good radars, in AD system we are moving from producing MIM-23 to advanced AD system, while neither Talash nor Raad have not yet entered mass production, they show Iran's maturing defense industries, in AT field we have mass produced our Kornet, in AshM we are now mass producing Noor and Qader which are both decent, In naval industries we are working on several corvettes and Sahand is showing that we are moving from coping designs and hopefully soon you will see a new missile capable flying boat.

Trust me when i tell you that our armed forces have improved, I have seen it personally that our units are being equipped with new vest and helmets, our forces mobility have increased dramatically some years ago there was not enough jeeps and trucks now they are giving us new jeeps equipped with Toofan ATGM and 106 guns, so overall situation is much better now.

We are moving step by step first new individual equips than new vehicles after that they will start building tanks and new SPGs

Theoretically speaking, Iran does have the capability to build one (but under current circumstances, production would be extremely slow, extremely costly, and not suitable for 21st Century combat)

I forgot to say that we don't have any spare planes for the carrier, and to my knowledge even if we could spare some of the F-14s they would have to be modified to be able to take-off and land on that hypothetical carrier!

Bro, the U.S. is about 30 years ahead of the world in terms of military technology, India and China might be able to narrow the gap, but as long as the U.S. is an economic superpower no country on earth could match its might. Americans are minimizing their military budget, right, but at the same time we are seeing less costly weapon systems, more drones, less and less direct human intervention which means less cost.
