Right now Iraq need democracy like Kuwaiti model with strong leadership or monarchy because the current version of the iraqi democracy created failed system I like Iraq goes to the parliamentary democracy like it was during the monarch with the freedom of press and political parties it's better than today's ethnosecatrian democracy

If Iraqi stand behind its flag. Saddam left over is the biggest threat for the success of Iraqi democracy. Plus uninvited foreign intervention is biggest hurdle.
