When it comes down to saying "ALWAYS", then someone has to take responsibility and implement safety standards based on past case studies - taking into account human behaviour in such a cramped space, guiding the millions of Hajis with the best use of modern technology and building intelligently designed structures to put an end to 'always'.

exactly...but who is gonna get it through their thick heads. its a tremendous job and i think muslim countries should take part in managing hajj activities more as we have seen numerous times the ineptitude of the holy kings

700 dead and some people here don,t think it is Saudi Arabia's fault? Are you guy's for real? If 700 died in any country on earth in accident the state would have to take some responsibility.

Saudis before offering Germany to build Musjids for syrian asylum (created by saudis!) ...make sure you ensure the safety of worshipers in your own country!
