No they didn't , He said they are ready for economic cooperation.

More over we only use F-5s for training and acrobatics.

as I said before.. for iran this plane is enough as a cheap local bomb carrier and training aircraft.. for some kurdish mountain rats or any future opposition its enough to give some seroius firepower..

against US or israel or someone else.. iran needs some deescalation politics.. and if they could get about 70 chinese air planes and sam systems it would be the best option for iran..

Can sell them to syria , it may be no good for air to air combat , but still perfectly capable to drop barrel bombs on civilians.

they are not fitted to drop barrel bombs rather to be kamikaze drones in a last ditch effort .
