A senior Kuwaiti lawmaker on Sunday described Iran as the “true enemy” of Sunni-ruled Gulf Arab states, in a sign of growing tensions with the Shia power.

“It has become clear to all that Iran is an enemy plotting to swallow up our states and resources and is the true enemy of the region,” Hamad al-Harashani, the head of the Kuwaiti parliament’s foreign relations committee, said in a statement.

It was the strongest Kuwaiti criticism in years of Iran, with which Kuwait has traditionally had better ties than its fellow Gulf Arab states.

Harashani singled out an apparent bomb attack Friday in Bahrain as “yet further evidence of Iran’s aggression” in the region.

The blast killed a policeman and wounded seven people, with Bahraini officials saying explosives used in the attack were similar to material seized by authorities last month which “came from Iran”.

“Iran is seeking to spread chaos and undermine the ruling regimes” in the region, Harashani said, calling on Gulf states to boost security coordination.

Kuwait and Iran were on relatively good terms for years until the Gulf state this month broke up a “terrorist cell” and seized large quantities of weapons and explosives.

Local media reported that the cell belonged to pro-Iranian Lebanese militia. There has been no official confirmation of the claim.

A decades-old row between Kuwait and Iran over the disputed offshore Dorra gas field then resurfaced last week.

Kuwait summoned Iran’s charge d’affaires to protest Tehran’s apparent offer of investment opportunities in the Dorra field.

The move followed a report by the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) about investment possibilities in the Islamic republic, which “covered areas located near the Kuwaiti oilfield,” the KUNA news agency said.

Semites are a cursed people, vermin of humanity.

Arabs are responsible for their own problems, weak & pathetic people, look at Saudis they cried to everyone to participate in their coalition against an impoverished people and nation like Yemen.

The Kuwaitis supported Saddam in attacking Iran, and the only outcome of it was that Kuwait in turn was attacked by Saddam. How many Kuwaiti girls were raped by the advancing Saddam's army?

This is from a 1990 news article,

"My country is being savaged and destroyed, our women subjected to mass acts of rape, our men and even children are being murdered while these armchair analysts advocate waiting a year or up to 18 months for sanctions to force him out," Sheik Saud Nasir al-Sabah, Kuwait's Ambassador to the United States, said in an unusually emotional outburst during a recent interview. "Those who favor letting us suffer might at very least consider calling upon Iraq to permit a human rights observer force to enter Kuwait -- which they have refused to do -- to protect our people there."

Dear Kuwait, this was the outcome of your insane anti-Iranian agenda that was not based on logic, but only a paranoid fear of losing their sheikhdom and palaces.

If Iran wanted to destabilize Kuwait, it would take 5 minutes. You should pray that all your accusations doesn't turn into a self-fulfilling prophecy. One of these days, you might get an Iranian leader who thinks, "You know what? Since they keep accusing us, maybe we should just do it".

Actually, that's a great idea. These nutcases don't have any idea what destabilizing means. So while they are at it and already accuse us, we should really do it, it's definitely worth it.

It was no more than 2 months ago that a Saudi citizen killed dozens of Kuwaiti Shias, and this piece of junk is blaming Iran for a bombing in Bahrain that God knows who did it and more importantly, they have supported mass murderers and lunatics in Syria in form of a 'revolution', but oppressed Bahrain's revolution that remained totally peaceful for months, while the regime killed. tortured and raped protesters left and right and hired mercenaries to quell the protests.

Compare that to Syria. Only 5 days after 'peaceful' protests started in Syria, a government building was attacked, torched and 5 policemen were killed.

.
Only a blind person or a Mullah boy will deny this, everyone knows Iran is the trouble maker in the Middle East and the Muslim world, just a few weeks ago in Kuwait for those who didn't know:

I got banned for saying way WAY less than this. Goes to show how this forum really went to the gutter.

Maybe I'm a deluded Western-Wahabi puppet/slave, but I recall that the government building was attacked after a few teens were arrested and tortured for graffiti.

Can you solve 1 problem at a time goddamnit.

Fix ISIS problem first and then you can play command and conquer.

Priorities :).... They have money but no balls... those were crushed by Isreal :)

They tested waters in Yemen. They can't beat the poorest Arab country let alone Israel which has insane military power.

They could have beat Israel had Jordan joined the war in 1973. Egypt got Sinai back. Syria don't have Golan back. Jordan don't have East Jerusalem back.

:) ... proving manhood from the air only against poor people of yemen who have no way of fighting back. no ground boots yet. Given the drop in oil price, lets see how many of their coalition they can continue to pay.
