I am sure there are bases in Balochistan that are being allegedly funded by Saudi Arabia and UAE. Pakistan is a poor country with militants that are willing sell their service for right price. There are also official are also willing to look the other way when they get their price. Just look Zardari and Sharif they have looted the country and I am sure other government officials are also concealing their involvement due to bribes.

As far as I know, Qatar has not sponsored Wahhabi militants in Pakistan. Qatar is not involved in genocidal war in Yemen.
