Japan is a great country. It shouldn't get itself involved with a state like Iran.

Iran is home to the 2nd largest natural gas reserves in the world; third largest petroleum reserves in the world, and an immense , VAST reserves of copper, zinc, cadmium, irone ore, et al. Massive rare earth metals that is drawing both Japan and China to her very soil in access thereof.

Iran is also home to over 80 million market, and a dynamic people with a bright future. It is clear, my friend, that it is best to be pragmatic with Iran. I hope KSA adopts a pragmatic position with them, too.

More and more cooperation and trade with Japan should be the aim of Iran. Specially in technology fields such as electronics, cars and railways.

Now it is official, brother. japanese shall be coming to Iran in droves to see the great sites of Persepolis, Esfahan , Fars, et al !

Because...of this!

Wonderful news, bro. Iranians love Japanese people. There is huge respect among Iranians for Japan and its culture. Iranians often give examples of Japan.

 Jealous?

There is nothing in Iran that can make anybody jealous. I have always admired Japan and Japanese for their tremendous determination and unbelievable work ethics. Seeing them approaching a country like Iran is just sad as Iran has always been a friend with countries like N. Korea, and Cuba.

Anyway, Iran's stability won't last for long time under the current management style. That would make the Japanese and others classify Iran as "very high risk country for investment", which will result in ceasing any ongoing business/investment relations.

Let's approach Iran not within the Saudi framework, my friend, but in the Pan-Asian framework of development. Ultimately approaching Iran in the lens of sectarianism is obstructive of the realization of Pan-Asian development framework that Japan and China are vested in. We must look beyond our individual state-specific lens, and consider broader horizons, my friend.

Hope that Pakistan will also sign such deals to start utilizing its mineral & natural resources. We are facing huge corruption in this area. If Gulf countries can enjoy good lifestyle by just selling oil then we should also give opportunities to our hardworking and deserving workers & jobless youth.

Pakistan should sign such deals in sectors of coal, oil & gas and copper & gold mining.

Yeah, they import even their baby-sitters beside food, cars, doctors, engineers, construction workers, military hardware, etc etc etc.

Seriously tho, in the same month Iran secured $10 billion deal with Japan, then a € 4 billion deal with China and concluding another one with Germany (i'm estimating in the € 2-5 billion). I believe this is just the beginning. Major heavy industry deals will commence, not to mention -- the prospects of tourism. Iran will be revitalized.

This is a new age for Iran, it seems.

Very nice. Iranians look up to Japanese people with their unshakable work ethics, creativity which has led them to be industry-leading in wide variety of sectors, especially high-end technology.
I am looking forward to more trade with Japan than with Euro countries, to be honest.
