No. This wasn't some conscript guarding a checkpoint.

This 'soldier' was part of the Mullah's regime of spreading Shia Islam and destroying Israel. He was one of the architects.

Not only is he a legitimate target, but I welcome his demise and the demise of all those that seek to cause pain and suffering like he wanted to.

Actually this explosion in Iran was very similar to Nedelin catastrophe and most probably was due to a bad test of either Iran's new space satellite launcher or an intercontinental missile or a long range cruise missile capable of reaching Israel. In any case the thing that exploded was really big. Also in Nedelin catastrophe many died, including a Russian General and 120 other engineers, soldiers and technicians.
