Nobody in the US gets in a crazy long line for a DJI drone!

That's true. Even when the new models come out, there's never any crazy lines for newer drones. The only thing is they might sell out quickly because they don't stock a lot right away and a couple of people will have to wait until they're restocked. But when I went to get my Mavic Pro, I didn't have anyone in front or behind me and I had to decide between it and the DJI-Phantom 2 or 3 at the time. Can't remember which one but Best Buy was fully stocked with all the current models.

China began taking preorders for the iPhone 13 range ahead of the US, and initial reports claimed sales were outpacing those of the iPhone 12 in 2020. Now Chinese state media is saying, the total number of preorders for phones in the range has exceeded 5 million.

Just like people go crazy in America when Samsung releases a new phone the customers from the waiting line outside apple stores flock over to samsung. It's called fanbase, not soft power.

I've never heard of people lining up to buy a Samsung phone in the US.
