This guy Deathprofessor posted it, I am referring to that one.
correct, i am also referring to F6; jf-17 definitely should be found and court marshal is in order.

one thing puzzled me; i always thought f-6's had martin baker seats; the chinese were proven to be unreliabled; therefore there was a mod to replace this long back. also he speaks to the gunsight computer - that was a bit of a surprise as i thought that was already available in f-6s.

.
What's hushkit.net?
Why would someone be interested in vintage F-6!

Yeah, no problem with the F6 story, great write up. Pretty sure the JF17 interview never happened.

I am!. That was a good fighter during its day; we had it deployed over as Mig19 by Moz and while we knew we could take it out with our 2nd tier jet; it was still a concern with these cannons.

You are right, but F-6 had both configurations, MB & Chinese.
If I am not wrong, in the beginning there was mix of such equipped F-6 in a squadron, which proved fatal in emergencies as both seats had different SOPs. Later the aircrafts segregated among squadrons based on the seats.

.
I think later on F-6 were fitted with the British Martin Baker's ejection seats, read it in a book some where.

I think so because I had read it back in the 80s in Janes

.
what also interests me is with A5/Q5 - would that same challenges in flight be visible; given this is a same place albiet changed for ground attack.

MB seats were refitted later. All early models had Chinese seats.

And nothing those pilots, for that matter most forces in the world do anything without authorization. Those of us that have served and can talk from experience.
