For thousands of years Jewish religion were also enslaving the people, also killing all the men and women and children on the religious bases.

But in today's world there is no place for such savage practices and they are against the "Basic Human Rights". If you keep on doing it then you are a "War Criminal" in light of present standards of human rights.

Thus, when State of Israel prohibits the 2 consenting adults to marry, then in the light of present standards of Basic Human Rights, the State of Israel is an apartheid state and committing discrimination.

The word apartheid and discrimination and Basic Human rights also didn't exist during the thousands years of history of Judaism, but the thing which existed were slavery and massacre of others. This is the reality of Judaism.

But to become recognised in today's world, State of Israel gave up this savage behaviour. Similarly, it has to give up the discrimination in case of marriage in order to not become a modern apartheid state.
