Seem first time. They've guarded the pic from 2009 onwards, guess now they've decided it's ok to be 'revealed'

The largest and quite sub in the West. A launch platform for 24 Trident ballistic missiles. On November 11, 1981, Ohio was commissioned. The principal speaker, The Honorable George H. W. Bush, Vice President of the United States, remarked to the 8,000 assembled guests that the ship introduced a "new dimension in our nation's strategic deterrence," and Admiral Hyman G. Rickover noted that the Ohio should "strike fear in the hearts of our enemies."

yeah, I found the reference. This was put on MMS status update so I thought they're finally putting up an arihat pic. Guess they're keeping it under wraps for the foreseeable future.

The facility in the picture is the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility in Bremerton, WA.

The submarine in the picture is an Ohio Class submarine. Thank whoever is responsible for this picture for having contributed to the long and embarrassing tradition of getting the facts wrong on issues relating to the Indian armed forces and related defense projects/products.
