U.S refused visa to modi because of few lobbies supported by Gulf who had further link with indian political parties.
Even more than 60 MP's of india requested U.S not to give visa to modi.

I neither have the time nor the need to search and post relevant links from that time to show that most of the world firmly believed that Modi was a culprit in the massacre of Muslim in Gujrat. Regarding Pakistan being a western country, neither I claimed that not any sane person with a basic knowledge of geography would ever claim or believe that, not sure why you even mentioned that.

Regarding civilized, I am not sure how you define civility, but remember one thing very clearly Pakistan is way way way more civilized than india can ever be in next 100 years. You have selected a great name to appear on this forum but While selecting a name of your own choice one must be careful to do justice to his selected name.

In your post you have stated that Modi has been termed as a terrorist by all civilised western countries, which is factually wrong. Only country to term Modi a Terrorist is Pakistan which is neither a western nor a civilised country.

Your justification for terming Modi a terrorist is solely based on the refusal of grant of visa to him. By the same logic if the same guy is welcomed with red carpet by the same countries which initially refused visa to him then either the guy has become a saint or the so-called civilised western countries are hypocrites and their actions do not prove anybody guilty or absolve anybody of any guilt.
