India's Frontier Railways:The Maitree Express(BBC)

A good documentary video of a train that runs on a railway line........... but a line that joins people with hopes, aspirations, disappointments, sadness and even achievements; regardless that they may be on different sides of a border. Most of all I hope that Abdullah, the news-paper seller and the Vendor of chocolates whose prized possession is just a 'cool-box' get to prove Henry Kissinger's prognosis wrong! After all, the world does not only belong to the strong and powerful.

Once the train entered BD its all about poor bangladesh.. nothing about train anymore.. stupid. Lol

well documentary says the opposite...

But the video was great. We need strong bridge among Bengalis from both the sides. I liked that woman Urmi. Who could opt Indian passport but retained Bangladeshi identity. First Human, then Bengali, then Bangladeshi.

I dont have a strong sense of identity.. but I do understand her point. :ashamed:
my favourite bit was when abdul(the newspaper seller) talks about his dream..

Traitor ! :tsk:
you are not the first person to say that..

I knew you will say that.. its from BBC point of view..what they see. I say the same to Indians who accuse foreigners of showing only cows on road and poverty.
