Ethnic violence means that pakistan will get refugees to handle. How will that help Pakistan? It will completely ruin Pakistan. There is hardly anything that Pakistan can do. Election time does not mean people will be stupid. kargil war, for example, was during the time when Lok Sabha was dissolved.
