Useless, i must say. There is no reason to do that. Dont disturb your enemy when they are at the highest level of their stupidity.

How would that be disturbing them? We can carry out joint Pak-China exercies on such an airbase and let India know we've got this alternate route to attack them from in case of war. It would also ease pressure on our own borders in case of conflict.

We allow the US soldiers and airplanes to have airbases in Pakistan. We should ask the Chinese to station their forces in southern Pakistan.

There is a reason why we have an air force, and we are procuring and maintaining equipment to the sheer level of giving a pretty good darn competition to the Indian Air Force. India during the time of conflict WILL not use the Tajikistan Air Base to attack Pakistan. It simply doesn't have the resources to execute any sort of plan on that level.

Wasnt that base for the reason that indian jets were at a striking distance from pakistan in case a conflict arrises and that was the very reason president musharraf expressed concerns over it.
Indians will not let us live in peace.
