If India had the ability to "isolate Pakistan". Pakistan would have been isolated today. These hollow threats are inconsequential and are for Indian public's consumption. Modi has been repeatedly maligning Pakistan like a broken record on many multilateral platforms without any results.
There closest friend like Russia didn't pay any attention though India imports a huge chunk of Russian military exports, so even money (their main source of influence) is inconsequential in bigger scheme of things like strategic interests, USA payed lip service because they are stuck in Afghanistan. So if any country has interest in dealing with Pakistan, India can't stop them. Pakistan mustn't pay any heed to his empty threats of isolation.
