The kind of experience have happened every where Russia had their nuclear submarine explode, USA was smashing ships few months ago, same with china, India etc. Accident happen when you use stuff. You know "Botswanian navy" has zero submarine accidents which(according to your argument) means their equipment is superior to Chinese and their personnel better trained?
