SII has only signed MOU for 30 million doses where it was to supply 5 million doses per month starting from Feb.
There was no formal contract between two private companies for supplying 30 million doses.
The doses BD received in feb was part of private sale and not related to 30 million numbers u guys keep throwing in air which never came to actual signing.

The order he is talking about it still stands but BD party is not cancelling the same.
They can cancel and refund anyway the amount is not big for SII.
They can get money for these couple of mil doses.
