Indian Court acquits 4 accused, Swami Aseemanand and 3 others, in Samjhauta Express bombing case

.
All 4 reportedly RSS members/terrorists are free now by the court which more to be seems like pressure from India's ruling party linkages with the gang & the fear of growing lynch mob attacks.
why no one is talking about it on twitter
this should be on every major Pakistani news channel right now this is the headline they need to make not bilawal
we need to make it viral make people talk about and used this opportunity to push our narrative of india being a lawless jungle

.
Not to forget that there own investigation found Indian Army Colonel involved in Samjhuta Express Bombing but then after, the officer who brought this into knowledge of everyone; I think was punished otherwise.

Colonel Purohit of Indian Military Intelligence, who was nabbed, admitted that Hindu terrorists were working to cause an armed conflict between Pakistan and India. Also, the Hindu terror groups were seeking to end India’s democracy and its secular status and wanted a conservative Hindu state in its place. The terrorists wanted to target the Indian Muslims besides other minorities, which are already sidelined. According to Tehelka, there was covert support for Saffron terror groups among the uniformed personnel and the Indian Army seemed to rally behind them. Purohit even claimed that Gen J J Singh, who was the Indian Army chief till September 2007 was with him. Even more damning was the revelation by Purohit that “one of our own captains had visited Israel for training and meeting and demanded four things from Israel, i.e. continuous and uninterrupted supply of arms and training, an office with a saffron flag in Tel Aviv, political asylum and support for our cause of a Hindu Nation in the UN.

Purohit, who faces charges of involvement in the 2008 blast in the Muslim-majority Malegaon town in Nasik district of Maharashtra and was also linked to the 2007 Samjhota Express terrorist attack, was granted bail by the India’s top court in 2017. Lt Colonel Shrikant Prasad Purohit was in jail for the last nine years. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) had opposed his bail, saying that there was enough evidence of Purohit’s role in the blast in which seven people were killed, The Indian Express reported.

Former Indian home minister P. Chidambaram had given a historic statement, telling the BBC that India could “no longer point to the cross-border modules as the source of terror". He said that of the four recent terrorist strikes, Indian modules were responsible for carrying out at least two of them. He added that New Delhi needed "enormous" counter-terror mechanism, which was still not in place and they were working on it. The home minister warned against radicalisation of the Indian youth.

Creating more terrorists under the name of RSS/Rakshak/Cow Vigilante/Hindutva first. They however succeeded to sugar coat the same in the name of religion & nationalism with help of their media industry. Pakistan on other hand doesn't has such media that even would have proved its side in past. Current situation is somehow changed & narrative is being reaching out there but still, can't compete India's style cover-up of terrorists like this for once.
Pakistan ISI would definitely has proofs and evidence of all these false flag operations but mysteriously Pakistan never did anything to expose it.

.
Our assets in India should take these killers out, just as it's done in Afghanistan.

. .
India is doing exactly what unfortunately Pakistan did in 1970s and 80s. Let the extremist grow bigger than the Law. This always starts by targeting a weak part of the society, the majority celebrates it. The repercussions are huge. This shakes the country as a whole and the concept of getting punished after a crime changes.

Certain sectors of the society would get a free hand to commit crimes and target a select group, the oppressor and the oppressed both groups keep on growing. The hunger keeps on growing and in the end society disintegrates into smaller pieces where everyone thinks its their right to target the other group. Certificates are passed based on what individual think is right. State slowly becomes irrelevant.

Pakistan however is turning back now, even though very slowly. But India has just started the very painful process now. Either they pun it now or this will grow into a ghost that will eat up the whole society

.
So meet the future CM, PM, NSA, DM, FM etc. of India.

The fanatic nutcases are just released as was expected from this joke of a 'judicial system' of India.

The more hindu fanaticism you show and kill more minorities by your terrorism, the better chances you have to become a powerful figure in Indian govt.

Pathetic country this!

.
So all realeased. Just because most victims were Pakistan in samjhuta blast. India should held somebody accountable for samjhota express blast. Justice is not served till today.

The prosecution failed to prove that the convicts were actually guilty. I guess the court needs more ACTIONABLE PROOF to take any action. Pakistan should provide more actionable proof admissible in Indian courts if you seek justice to your citizens/victims. Until then our courts are helpless I guess.

I always that that Indian judiciary is strong enough to tackle these cases.. But I am wrong .
Democracy is running in India, but what kind of democracy it is when the courts are not unbiased..
Shame on the supreme court..

LOL, it's just a lower level NIA special court. Supreme court is even 2 or 3 decades away w.r.t this case. We are a highly populated country, millions of cases are still pending in High courts and SC for decades now. Samjotha case is jut somewhere in the queue to SC I guess. Sad but true.

This typical Indian narrative will not work here because you are too ignorant to see the difference, I know "EXACTLY" what you mean by these words. People in Pakistani court were acquitted due to lack of "ACTIONABLE PROOF" which was provided by India and now you are using the same words in this case as well.

See my Friend the Samjhoota Express Bombing happened in Indian Territory not in Pakistan, so the burden of Proof is on INDIAN SIDE not so much on Pakistani side whereas the cases which are you referring to happened in India and India accused people in Pakistan of those crimes in that case also India had the responsibility to give Pakistani authorities ACTIONABLE PROOF to act against such groups which India failed to do so you cannot compare apple with oranges if you still fail to see the difference than you are a TRUE BAKHT and there is nothing i can do to change your opinion.

Oh really. If you are not aware, there are many (around 13) Pakistani eye witnesses in this case. The current NIA court has served summons to them in three different occasions during the course of trial, non of them care to appear. And some local Witnesses changed their statements during the trial for reasons best known to them. Then how are you expecting the courts to perform.

Even if the Judge sitting in the court is 100% convinced that the person standing before him is the culprit, he can't do a jack due to the lack of evidence called "ACTIONABLE PROOF" and I'm sure the police and other investigation agencies had done their effective part to manipulate the witnesses. Again it's not specific to India as well. :disagree::disagree::disagree:

Regarding your burden of proof example. I will point out one single example. The entire world had seem the episode of an Indian Plane, IC 814 Hijacked to secure the release of JeM chief Masood Azhar back in Dec 1999 and who later reappeared and continue to live in Pakistan. Even if Pakistan or your agencies are not complicit in that act (Highly unlikely), it was your obligation to arrest and hand over the people (all your citizens) who did a criminal act to secure his release. When your agencies (not courts) can't act, why the hell do people expect Indian agencies to act anything on behalf of Pakistan ????? :o:

Spoken like a true BAKHT i expected nothing less from you, Same can be said about Pakistan that India failed to provide any "ACTIONABLE PROOF" against Any of the accused in your above post so Pakistani Judges cannot give rats a** which you request. So India has done a TIT FOR TAT in this case as well and India forgot although Majority of the People killed in this incident were Pakistanis INDIANS were also killed in this incident BUT BUT They were "INDIAN MUSLIMS" so they were just as Pakistanis as the rest of them on train, some minority Indian Hindus might also have been killed by let's ignore them because mostly Pakistanis were killed.

You cannot see a difference between the actions of non state actors and state actors, the people you are accusing in post above are non state actors but Col Prohit was a state actor (you can claim he was retired and Indian Army had no part in it but THAT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY)

Are you sick and hell bend to prove that I'm a bakth ??? If so so be it, I'm least bothered. Bt do remember I'm a communist from the southern state of Kerala if you even care.

Read my post again cleary, I've never accused the courts, neither Pakistani or Indian. It's the investigating agencies who are manipulating the cases on either side. And from where did this whole proposition of state actors and non state actors even originate in the subcontinent ??? Any guess ???

I just wanted to point out one thing, if your agencies can play the spoiler, so can the agencies of any other country. Sad but true.

Yep, tea is my staple. :coffee:

Yes TIT FOR TAT is Happening that's what I said, This world is NOT FAIR

True and it will keep on happening unless both our nations are sincere in our approach to the other. So no need in complaining. And please don't blame the courts. Poor judges are helpless as we can see.

There was insufficient evidence to convict him. Unlike Pakistan, India is not a lawless banana republic and has a well-defined judicial system.

And Swamy Aseemananda cannot be compared with Masood Azhar or Hafiz Saeed. Both of those men are banned in most of the world and almost the entire UNSC voted to make Masood Azhar a UN designated terrorist, showing how isolated Pakistan is internationally. In addition, Hafiz Saeed is wanted in the US, and turning him into the FBI results in a prize of up to 10 million dollars. How much money can one win by turning Swamy Aseemananda into the FBI?

I understand Pakistanis are butthurt that thanks to India's successful diplomacy, the whole world recognizes it as a terrorist sponsor state, which is why it wants to get some dirt on India. But unfortunately, the results of this past month has shown that the world stands with India in its fight against terrorism and radicalism. Pakistan will continue to be isolated and humiliated on the world stage if it fails to realize that simple fact.
