IT company Infosys accused of racial discrimination by a US citizen

IT giant Infosys has been accused of racial discrimination by an American citizen. The complainant has slapped a suit against Infosys, accusing the Indian IT company of discrimination against Americans in its hiring practices.
Brenda Koehler, in her complaint filed in a Wisconsin court, has claimed that her job application with the company was rejected on flimsy grounds. She has alleged that Infosys employed a Bangladeshi national for the position that she had applied for.
Infosys has, however, categorically denied Koehler's claims.

Most Indian IT employers are the worst when it comes to talent appraisal and there personal recruitment policies are absurd.
I have personally experience where employers wouldn't hire me cus im a somewhat on the slightly big side and was a vocally sharp, i could see through there reactions very clearly.
Looser got some kind of complex every time i started talking to impress.
Made excuses of the most idotic kind tht it made me internally question there education.Forced me to act like a meek idot to get a job.

these fkrs want semi literate idots that they can lord over and somehow feel superior.I know this is a rant and all aren't like tht how else would i have gotten hired, but still this defines like 70% of them

Most Indian bosses have this problem.

Some of my relatives live outside India and one of their sons actually used to say that in his college, they used to hope and pray that there was no Indian boss. He was assigned under a Canadian guy and was quite happy.


NRIs and those who are more work oriented and less chaaploosi type, don't like working under typical Indian companies where one spends more time massaging egos than working actually with nothing but boot to clean in return.
