Yes no issues with giving Bangladesh their share based on the "natural command area", not on the artificially enhanced area. What Bangladesh is demanding is unfair, a 40-40 split and leave 20% for the river, essentially giving Bangladesh 60% of the water, it being the lower riparian country.
