Indian army vehicle runs over woman in IHK

Her fault.
She should have been more careful and should not have been jay walking.

You guys do know we're not running out of ammunition anytime soon that we have to resort to such measures, right?

Where are all flag bearers of humanity and world renowned peace keepers.

Where were they for the Iraqis and Afghans? That's why I say to hell with the world community. They're there to serve the interests of the major powers nothing else.

Savage behavior. Zero humanity. Surely even some indians must have noticed that their unnatural grip on Kashmir is causing too many civilian casualties and needs to end.

Just give kashmir to us. We can have a peaceful region if you just cooperate.

If we wanted to give Kashmir to you we wouldn't have sent forces in 48/65/89 or 99. There is no giving Kashmir to pak, you guys should better realize that and make peace with us.

It's going to be ours, little man. Cooperation is just easier for you.

You have to understand how ordinary Indians perceive Kashmir, first.

For an ordinary Indian, Kashmir is our land, part of our Bharat Ma. You see, the Brtish never FELT that India was their land. They were occupiers and we were occupied. End f story.

Indians, however, don't consider ourselves 'occupiers. and that's precisely why we're willing to kill and die in as much a number as is required to keep mother India from breaking once again. You don't just 'give' your mother away to someone, do you?

Having said that, we do feel bad for the Kashmiris in the sense that they are being misled to ruin generation after generation by people who enjoy pretty comfortable lives themselves.

We're not sorry about our actions. We're sorry about the fact that that action is needed.

As much as I hate indians and india, I do applaud you for your honesty and being forthright here with your opinion.

But saying that, you claim india was "broken up before". If you are referring to the events of 1947 then you are aware that what happened on the 14th of August 1947 can NEVER EVER be reversed.

I'm afraid that feeling is entirely unwarranted. Much akin to a damsel being courted relentlessly by a male, to whom no mutual desire was expressed for such a companionship. Despite the damsel showing her disinterest (like waving Pakistani flags in Kashmir), the male would justifiably be faulted for not taking a hint. Had he approached a different, more suitable mate, he would be better off, and his odds would increase tenfold. It takes two to tango. I can go on ad nauseam with other examples.

I'm merely conveying that the Kashmiris don't share the feeling of "Indianness" that the people of India feel. If India felt China was inherently theirs, I'd say the exact same thing.

I get where you're coming from, and I personally think that it's probably a matter of ego moreso than a matter of "natural"/"default" arrangement. We won't solve this on Defence.pk either way, so no point badgering this point. I've made mine. Make of it what you will.

It's not even our intention to reverse those events. Or else, we would've annexed Bangladesh in 1971. We didn't. Simple because we're not an occupier force. We're just not bred that way.
