I remember having an interesting discussion with one Shuja Nawaz (brother of former COAS Gen. Asif Nawaz) on subjects like these

it was a few years back indian navy was releasing a report on procurement plans, and there was a copy of this report sitting on a table in Pakistan before it was formally released and circulated in india

as for the other earlier statement, yes espionage is indeed an old profession. Even friendly countries spy on eachother. For e.g. Mossad agents operating in the U.S.

i dont really advocate for his death or anything, spying is normal and every country faces the problem, but i cant help but remember a funny bollywood dialog, " tera encounter kar dunga" ,

(an 8 year old once said it to me, a guy in my 20s, when i stopped him from bullying another kid, adorable huh?)
