Secondly GE is an American company, third SANY is a Chinese company and they don't produce those heavy loading gantries ZPMC is producing. Their plant in India is an assembly plant, you know what that means? Lastly, Chabahar work had not even started yet. You are currently using the terminal owned by another foreign company. Yes, Iran even offered China one of their terminals, but China proposed linking Chabahar to Gwadar instead.
