Dangerous thread,

2 Indians have been shot dead (banned) in this thread :P

A video purportedly showing an injured militant , trapped under the debris of a house, being shot dead allegedly by army and police in Kashmir has been posted on internet.

The 88-second video clip is available on popular video sharing site 'YouTube'.

According to the information posted along with the video, there was an encounter between the militant and the security forces on July 8 in south Kashmir's Pulwama district.

The militant was caught under the debris of the house where he was hiding and was calling for help. As the army and policemen reached the spot, they asked the militant where he was from.

As soon as the militant responded to the question, soldiers allegedly pumped bullets into him instead of arresting him.

Defence spokesman Lt Colonel J.S. Brar said Ehsan Bhai was a "foreign terrorist who was trying to inflict casualties on security forces even in that (trapped) state".

"He had a grenade in his hand and tried to carry out a 'fidayeen' type of attack on security forces," Col Brar said adding "he was killed in retaliatory action".

The video shows only a man trapped under rubble and killed by IA for being a daari wala.

Since you refuse to understand the context of the situation, I would like to know how you jumped to the conclusion that the IA killed him for being a "Muslim" & why that forms part of your headline? Maybe you should consider changing it to IA killing "Daari wallas".....

These are intelligence driven operations. The forces target a particular house on the basis of information & only when they establish contact & are reasonably certain that there are no other occupants, they demolish the building. If there are other occupants believed trapped, a gun battle is usually the result. Demolishing the building is now SOP to reduce both casualties & time.

Just analyse the explanation given by the IA....for crying out loud, what danger could a person trapped under tons of rubble could pose.

The army says an injured militant buried under rubble was shot and killed to minimise the damage he could have caused.

Yes you can clutch at that straw as hard as you want just like the various straws all Indians here are clutching at.

Facts of the video betray your fictional story.

Look what Bollywood has done to you, :cheesy: .....you mean they had already recognised the person but failed to shoot him and later they were able to identify the same person under all that rubble, even if one was to believe the tall story, isn't it possible some other bearded person could have been trapped under the rubble....remember fake encounter is a well known term within Indian security services.

IA does not operate on basis of fairy tale probabilities. Why should they first shoot all terrorists individually in a costly and time consuming battle if they can simply demolish the building and then pick out the survivors. It is very obvious that this is what they did in this particular case, and this is the standard anti terrorist protocol the world over. Darhi wala was first identified shooting at the IA, and then again trapped in rubble.. How could a different darhi waala come inside the building while the fight was going on....:laughcry:

I have been warned............and my comments removed.................

Did you hear any mention of "Muslim"? Why then is that "fairy tale" part of your headline? The only one clutching at straws is you. You are cooking up this absolute fiction where the army went to a house fallen down, identified some "Dari wala" & shot him.......... That doesn't even qualify as clutching at a real straw, more like an imaginary one......

I have already explained and it has already been discussed - if you don't like it there is the door...

http://www.defence.pk/forums/announcements/78490-policy-libel-kashmir-related.html

it's you forum your rule, but then don't preach about freedom of expression like you did before during the fake photo controversy and ban of defence.pk url by Indian govt.you can't have your cake and eat it too.
this policy proves that you are a hypocrite because like Kashmir state of kalat also had the right of independence, both were same except that India is not party to the matter of kalat, it's between state of kalat and Pakistan only . I don't see you are implementing the policy that rebels from kalat will be called militants only.. not terrorists.
what's you replay ?
kalat is not disputed but Kashmir is " right ?

my answer is " recognition of dispute only means that a recognition of a existing condition , that too between only two parties, India and Pakistan, this recognition of disputed nature doesn't permit cross border terrorism, does it ?
IF Kashmiris are fighting for freedom then UN doesn't recognise it, India and Pakistan doesn't recognise it.

if Kashmiris are fighting for merger with Pakistan then people of kalat is fighting against the merger with Pakistan.. what's your replay ?
kalat merged with Pakistan, it's part of Pakistan ?
then Kashmir also merged with India not part of Pakistan.

SO IT'S ENTIRELY YOUR CALL TO MAKE A POLICY, BUT TO POINT OUT THE HYPOCRISY OF YOU POLICY IS OUR RIGHT.

Point number 1: This seems to be a counter terror operation in which the house was blown up since a terrorist was hiding.

Point number 2: Daadiwala do not mean he is muslim

Point number 3: BSF guys says "wahi Daadi wala" means they know this terrorist guy during operation so they have killed him.

huh....so there is no concept of a trial, justice, human rights...?
