That was just an example of him brown nosing his seniors to be in thier good books. He even polished the boots of Indian business to get them to invest in GB. I personally find James Caan (former dragons den star) inspiring. Despite changing his name he never lost his ethnic roots to Lahore and even made a one off program of his life showing him going back to Pakistan to invest in the country when the world turned its back on Pak during the dark years shadowed by terrorism. I personally have nothing against the Jewish community however Israel is begining to show aggressions towards Pakistan recently as it alignes itself with India. I suppose it is expected seeing that Pakistan is pro Palestine. Regarding the British Sikhs, I find them to be foolish and equally desperate to seek attention. However they are very active to preserve and promote their history to inform the world of their contributions of defending Britain during both world wars. Muslims mainly Pakistanis haven't a clue of the huge contribution the Muslims of Punjab Balochestan KPK & Bengal who supported allied forces against the Nazis. If we don't know are we expecting the white population to know.

I would not be proud of Pakistanis "supporting" their colonial overlord in the world wars personally.

Punjabis make up less than 5% of india's total population. Only a small minority of that 5% will have anything in common with Pakistanis if at all. But that is neither here nor there. A larger proportion of South Western Pakistanis and Iranians are identical in every way. They are the same race but that does not make Pakistan a Middle Eastern or Persian nation. The miniscule similarity we have with india is vastly overplayed by false narratives and propaganda.

Should Pakistan adopt a policy to provide mandatory military service to its citizens? Clearly the enemy is beyond the border. I once felt in my heart that Pak citizens from the rural heartlands should give up their arms to live in a gun free society but then the anguish of partition dawned upon me of how our people faced a catastrophe as they were so ill prepared and faced annihilation by the Sikhs who were armed with their ceremonial sowrds daggers guns and bombs. How we should never allow his to happen again. I sense our people in Pakistan and diaspora abroad are completly ill prepared for the worst case scenario especially the ones living in UK with the current rise of far right Sikh groups such as 'Birmingham Sikh Youth' allying itself with British far right activists who are extreamly anti Muslim and anti Pakistani. Pakistan needs to adopt the same policy the Turks have, everyone must serve in the army for a minimum of 2 years. We need to become a militarised nation like the north Koreans.
