Said who, you ? Last time I checked our aviation is infra is perfectly fine.

And secondly, most of such projects abroad are realized through Indian private contractors. Who have enough resources to undertake such projects at home & abroad simultaneously.

Who refused ? Indian companies are participating in Bangladeshi projects & won projects including $2 billion rampal power plant.

I've been to the airport in Mumbai last year, its not that great but not bad either. Aesthetically, its actually pretty good with murals and statues.
