Equipment state, logistics, reserves, state of nuclear program, launch platforms etc. India would be the MOST STUPID nation on earth if it has no interest in this. The post stated what India may want from Pakistan. Civilian data such as the database for national identity cards are also very useful for identifying suspects that may be working as agents or helping insurgencies in India. Financial data can help trace money routing for the various insurgencies within India.

So, while the civilian data may not be linked to the military data.. it would still make the person who thinks that it is not relevant to India's security interests.. STUPID.

For this I still don't understand why India has to hack in to Pakistani Computer. For this simply you have to follow money trail from certain countries. I still think he is just rumbling with out any proof. there is no ORG to oversee this?

The money trail needs confirmation. A money trail may end in an account in Pakistan.. whose identity may need to be verified.
There is an internet security setup for strategic organizations, but nothing for government or civilian setup as such in Pakistan.

It is a preemptive action by the ISI to deny its own involvement in any future terrorist attack and call the perpetrators "Indians with Pakistani passports".
